Job Description: Associate Director, Clinical Wincere is an IT solutions firm located in the high-tech corridor of Santa Clara. The company is looking for a highly motivated and personable individual who is interested in joining Wincere’s talented team to oversee the company’s Clinical Systems. This role is a great opportunity to gain exposure to various, high-level clientele in the Healthcare, Life Sciences and Information Technology and to strengthen core skills of collaboration, organization, senior-level management, and company leadership. The Associate Director will be accountable for, but not limited to, the following responsibilities: Oversee the maintenance of clinical systems including Clinical Trial Management System, Grants Manager, multiple interactive Voice/Web Response Systems, standardized reporting and dash-boarding tools, Investigator Portal, Quickbase, TMF scanning system, etc. Establish and manage deep and long-lasting relationships with clients and business partners to understand the strategic direction and priorities for the Clinical Systems team. Collaborate with business partners across different departments to develop comprehensive business requirements and procedures. Conduct research to determine whether solutions to business requirements and procedures exist within or outside the business and if not, determine whether these solutions are feasible. Manage, train and develop direct reports to increase knowledge and professional skills to enhance individual and team contribution. Determine and prioritize workload, team’s work capacity and staffing plans. Role Requirements: 12+ years of working experience in clinical area for a pharmaceutical or biotechnology firm or CRO. 10+ years of experience managing the implementation, validation, maintenance and support of Clinical Systems. Proven ability in liaising and working with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements for changes to business processes and information systems. Experience with business analysis or business integration function and awareness of emerging business process automation trends. Deep experience in project management, operating and leading a team, planning and project execution, communication, documentation. Deep experience of the clinical drug development process, clinical systems, document management, validation, associated FDA/GCP regulations/guidance, operational aspects and compliance requirements of clinical studies.
