This summer let us help you get a head start with the Sudarshan Kriya® breathing technique. Yes, by doing what you already know - breathing - skillfully and consciously, learn how to eliminate deep-rooted stresses and negativity, and purify the entire system in minutes.

Join the Happiness Program - an experiential workshop based on the healing power of the breath. Learn time-tested, science supported techniques to harmonize the natural rhythms of the body and mind. The program will feature special sessions with Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, global humanitarian, fondly known across the world as 'Guru of Joy'.

1. One weekend, 2 impactful sessions
2. Yoga & Meditation sessions,

4. Take home practices for daily use
